ABOUT JAMES:
Since moving to Los Angeles, James has consistently toured and worked with the industries biggest recording artists such as Mariah Carey, Missy Elliott, Camila Cabello, J. Balvin, Gwen Stefani, Fergie, The Black Eyed Peas, Eve, and Victoria Monèt. In between weekly shows during his residency with The Backstreet Boys in their Las Vegas show Larger Than Life, James traveled back and forth to Los Angeles to work with brands including Nike, Target, Tide, Adidas, and Verizon Wireless on his days off. The VMA’s, The Grammy’s, and the NFL Kickoff, were some of his favorite live TV performances and in the feature film world, working with LeBron James in Space Jam 2 is an experience his teenage self is extremely proud of. He also worked on multiple performances for The Voice and The Masked Singer. In 2022, he got to perform in one of his biggest performances to date at Super Bowl 56 with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, and Eminem. In between his time performing and teaching, he has been hired to choreograph performances for Arbonne, Doterra, and other large corporate events.

ABOUT SARAH:
Sarah started dancing at the age of four at Nutmeg Conservatory for the Arts. Her senior year in high school she trained with Alexei Tchernichov and Joseph Albano before moving to Miami to start training with Miami City Ballet School.
After performing the role of Odette in Swan Lake in their student showcase she received an apprenticeship under Edward Vilella and started working with the company. Lourdes Lopez promoted Sarah to the Corps De Ballet where she performed principal roles such as “the turning girl” in Sympony in Three movements, Bach Episodes, Raymonda, and “Hypolita” from A midsummer Night’s dream to name a few. She has worked with world renowned choreographers such a Liam Scarlett, Justin Peck, and Twyla Tharp. In 2017 Sarah joined Dimensions Dance Theater of Miami and danced under Jennifer Kronenburg and Carlos Guerra, retired principal couple from MCB doing mostly contemporary work.
She took a hiatus from dancing to explore other avenues and then returned in 2021 and is currently dancing with West Hartford’s Ballet Theater Company while teaching at Woodbury Ballet at the Chase Collegiate School and does private coaching whenever she can.

ABOUT MEGHAN:
Megan began her dance career at the age of three in Mattituck, NY. She studied a variety of styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, modern, acrobatics, and dance team pom. At the age of 12, she joined the elite competition team at Dance Centre of the Hamptons; winning regional and national awards.
Megan continued her dance training in college, becoming a member of the Fairfield University Dance Ensemble. After school, she has had the pleasure of teaching multiple genres of dance all around the world in Switzerland, Japan, and the US. She has spent the last few years teaching, choreographing, and judging for a variety of different studios and dance competitions. Megan is so excited to spread her love of this performing art and is thankful for the blessings that dance can bring to all dancers!
